September 21st is considered as Alzheimer's day.

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive irreversible brain disease. It will destroy memory and thinking ability. This disease will affect people of all racial,economic and educational backgrounds.

Mostly it will affect people age 60 or older. It also may affect people age below 60 and even youngers.

This disease causing dementia in people that leading to loss of memory, thinking,personality, mood and behaviour. They can not recognize even their close relatives. Always in an angry mood with full of contempt and showing kiddish nature.Sometime they will wander from home without knowing day or night time. This type of behaviour causing difficulties to the family members or care givers.

Research showing that such patience having an excess production of specific form of small protein fragment called ABeta in the brain. Now most research finding ways to decrease the amount of ABeta in the brain.We have to behave affectionately to such patients.It is advisable to give some training to the care givers to show patience and affection to such people.

Methods to control Alzheimer's

1. Do yoga

2. Give entertainment and relaxation for the brain

3. Try to engage socially and share thoughts

4. Avoid smoking

5. Avoid hyper tension
